Postdoctoral Research series features seven researchers

This year, the Invited Postdoctoral Research Presentation Series organized by the Department of Chemistry's ACS Women Chemist Committee will be virtual and feature seven presentations from postdocs in chemistry and related disciplines — two seminar speakers and five virtual posters.

The WCC board members invite students, faculty and staff in the Department to join them on Nov. 3 for the poster session, seminars, and a reception to learn about each postdoc's research and to network with the presenters.

The seminars will be via Zoom, and the poster session and the reception with all seven invited postdocs will be via GatherTown.

Series Schedule

• 3-3:30 p.m. CST — Poster Session with Drs. Fang Liu, Olja Simoska, Mary Andorfer, Minjung Son, and Anastasia Manesis via GatherTown.
• 3:30-4:30 p.m. CST — Seminars with Drs. Nadia Léonard and Yun Ji Park via Zoom. 
• 4:30-5 p.m. CST — Reception with all invited postdocs via GatherTown.
